OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated under the S3D brand by OÜ CryptoTech. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OÜ CryptoTech. By visiting s3d.ee, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the Services and for keeping account credentials secure. You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes.

SECTION 2 - INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES
We aim to keep descriptions, prices, availability and other information accurate. We may correct errors and update information when necessary. Images and colours may appear differently depending on the device used.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Products and services may be available in limited quantities and may be changed or discontinued. Vehicle service estimates may change when the actual condition or required work differs from the information provided before inspection. Any material change will be agreed with the customer before additional paid work is performed.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
An order or booking is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unavailable products or inability to perform the requested service. Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final payable amount are shown before checkout or otherwise agreed before the service is performed.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy. Service cancellations and changes must be requested using the contact details below and may be subject to conditions disclosed during booking.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, photographs, video, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may include tools, booking systems, payment services, maps, social networks and links provided by third parties. Their use may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
S3D is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Purchases from this store are made directly from OÜ CryptoTech, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of the products or services offered by us.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy policy. Shopify may also process information to provide and secure the ecommerce platform in accordance with its own privacy terms.

SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for operating and improving the Services, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual property law. You must have the right to submit such content and it must not be unlawful or misleading.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their security or operation, introduce malicious code, collect personal information unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.

SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMERS
We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our liability is not excluded or limited where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protection obligations.

Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for direct losses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material breach of these Terms. This does not limit rights available to consumers under mandatory law.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are materially breached or the Services are misused. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

SECTION 17 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes should first be submitted to us so that we can attempt to resolve them amicably; consumers may also use the competent consumer dispute body or courts available under applicable law.

SECTION 18 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by publishing the revised version on this page. Material changes apply from the date indicated or otherwise as permitted by law. The version in force when an order or booking is accepted governs that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
